Straight from the UK, Steam Down lands in Brooklyn for their NYC debut, channeling the soundsystem culture of south-east London, with their distinctive fusion of jazz, grime, afrobeat, and funk.
Anointed by Mixmag as London’s "most exciting club night," prepare for a head-on collision of energy and live improvisation for the arts collective’s debut New York performance, featuring a large collective of London and local musicians.
DJs Omer Mil, Loum, and Proudfoot will extend the dance into the early hours and sommelier Basile Al-Mileik will be pouring natural wine all night long. Come prepared to move.
This event will be held in a private loft in Greenpoint featuring a vintage 4-point Klipsch sound system. The exact location and schedule will be shared with ticket holders in the confirmation email.
